We provide yacht brokerage and charter services, allowing clients (“you” or “your”) to view and book luxury yachts for specified charter periods. Our Services include:

 

• Yacht Listings: Detailed information on available yachts, including specifications, amenities, pricing, and availability.

• Booking Facilitation: Assistance with reservation requests, availability confirmation, and booking arrangements.

• Customer Support: Ongoing support before, during, and after your charter experience.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

 

3.1 Booking Process

 

To book a yacht:

 

1. Inquiry: Submit a booking inquiry through our website or contact us directly via phone or email.

2. Confirmation: We will confirm availability and provide a detailed quote outlining the charter price and any additional fees.

3. Agreement: Upon agreement, you will receive a charter contract to review and sign.

3.2 Payment Terms

 

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required to secure your booking.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the charter start date.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

 

3.3 Pricing and Additional Fees

 

• Charter Price Includes: Yacht rental, crew services, and standard onboard amenities.

• Additional Costs: Fuel, food and beverages, port fees, taxes, and special requests are not included unless specified.

• Currency: All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

4.1 Cancellation by Client

 

• Prior to Final Payment Date: Cancellations made before the final payment date will forfeit the deposit.

• After Final Payment Date: Cancellations made after the final payment date may forfeit the total charter fee.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our ability to rebook the yacht for the same period and may incur administrative fees.

 

4.2 Cancellation by Company

 

• Unavailability: If the yacht becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative yacht of similar standards or a full refund.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

5. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

5.1 Limitation of Liability

 

• Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Total Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific charter in question.

• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including yacht owners and crew.

 

5.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Greece, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
